1. Domestic Shipping
Liability for Lost or Stolen Orders: We cannot be held responsible for any orders that are lost or stolen during transit. Ensure accurate contact information is provided at checkout to qualify for a full refund should your order be lost or stolen.
Shipping Timeframe for In-Stock Items: Items in stock are typically dispatched within 1 to 2 weeks. You will be notified with tracking information once your order is prepared for shipment from our warehouse. Please wait 24 to 48 hours after receiving this notification to inquire about tracking details.
Incorrect Shipping Address: Orders will be held until the shipping address is corrected. Confirm your address details are accurate upon ordering. Contact us if your order hasn’t shipped within the expected timeframe, as this is often due to address issues.
Order Issues or Delays: Should you encounter any problems or delays with your order, refer to your original order confirmation email for your order number and respond to that email for customer support. If you cannot find the original email, please mention your order number in your inquiry to expedite the service process.
2. International Shipping
Delivery Timeframe: International deliveries (orders shipped outside the United States) may exceed our standard 1-2 week shipping period.
Required Information: International orders may require a phone number and a valid email address at checkout for shipping purposes.
Address Verification: Some international shipping addresses may not automatically verify. If you haven’t received a shipping confirmation within 2 weeks, please contact us for assistance.
3. Refunds
Final Sales: All sales are final. We are not liable for orders lost or stolen in transit. Exchanges are generally not available, particularly for items that have sold out.
Order Accuracy: You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your order, including size and product selection. We cannot accommodate exchanges for items ordered in the wrong size. Please verify your cart contents before finalizing your purchase.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If you receive an order that is damaged, missing items, or includes incorrect items and/or sizes, please contact support@denranks.com for assistance.
